News for The Week of November 11, 2013

       WWE

      • Ryback has been using Goldberg’s moveset and mannerisms during WWE’s European Tour. When asked about it he said “it feels good to let loose and just be myself for once.”

      • A lot of reports say that The Miz has been working heel during WWE’s tour of Europe. These reports are wrong. In all actuality he is doing the same thing he’s been doing on TV. In their defense, it is hard to know if The Miz is heel or face, especially when there’s no crowd reaction.

      • Raw is airing from England tonight, and sources are saying that WWE is catering to the local fanbase by including cultural references to ‘having pints in the pub’, ‘bangers and mash’ and ‘the Manchester Uniteds’. Meanwhile, William Regal will be kept off the show in order to give The Miz enough time to wear a bowler hat and make double decker bus jokes while doing a bad cockney accent.

       TNA

      • TNA is still up for sale. At the same time it is also not up for sale.

      • Chavo Guerrero has sent in numerous videos as part of the IMPACT365 feature. None of them have been uploaded as no-one knows if he’s still on the roster or not for sure.

      • Bully Ray made a surprise run-in at Tommy Dreamer’s House of Hardcore show. Old school ECW fans in attendance were disappointed that the former Bubba Ray Dudley used his appearance solely to promote a forthcoming TNA show, rather than spit out a stream of homophobic slurs for twenty minutes.

       Other

      • Chris Hero will be debuting for DGUSA this Sunday on iPPV. WWE’s Twitter account accidentally posted the following tweet and deleted it, supposedly meaning to post it during the iPPV: “@WWE: Catch Chris Hero when he worked as Kassius Ohno at NXT on Hulu! #DGUSA #HeUsedToWorkForUsOMG”

      • Lance Storm’s review for ‘But I’m Chris Jericho!’ is in, with the Canadian grappler saying “it’s my NEW favorite show“. ‘Big Bang Theory’ creator Chuck Lorre is reportedly distraught at the news, promising to amp up the sexism and cheap references on his sitcom to win back Storm’s favor.
