Everybody loves binary decisions, especially wrestling fans! In This Or That, we’ve forced ourselves to choose between two options that relate to wrestling.
Over four questions, @TimWelcomed, @JoeySplashwater and @TomBlargh will have to choose one of two options and give their reasoning on each of their choices. You can then vote on which one you’d choose,
giving you the false impression that you’re somehow involved and we care about your opinion chance to join the conversation!

Should the WWE champion ever be a “part time” wrestler: Yes or No?
Brock Lesnar is challenging for the title this Sunday and is the heavy favorite to win. Should someone who works a schedule like his be champion for a long time period?
Tim:
I just want it to be on whoever can make it seem more important and put on good matches and make the most out of what hugely are given. Fresh off of beating the streak with a great manager at his side, Lesnar is fine for this.
Yes
Joey:
I think the champion should be the best person for the spot who can make the most money and create the most interest. Right now, that’s Brock Lesnar. If Brock does one appearance every month, I think it will be manageable. Even if he doesn’t, what are we really missing? Some combination of Cena, Orton, Kane, Big Show, Roman Reigns and Sheamus facing each other for a belt?
The belt would typically be defended every other month in the most successful days of WCW so this wouldn’t be something new or unheard of. Fans disdain for “part time” performers are really silly. If someone entertains or provides successful results, utilize him as best you can and Brock definitely should defeat Cena this time.
Yes
Tom:
I can see the arguments for having the WWE champion being on every show and every live event and so on and so forth, but I think the main event scene is so stale at the moment with the main roster guys that having an ‘outsider’ like Lesnar would at least be something different. Aside from Bryan’s brief run, I think the last time there was any real interest in the belt and who was champion was when Punk ‘stole it’ after his Money in the Bank 2011 win.
Sure, that storyline finished before it started and Brock as champ would be a little different, but it’d be something new and God knows something new would be welcome right now.
Yes
