      Will Ferrara vs. Silas Young

      Joey:

The Last Real Mustache vs. Mr. Whippersnapper.

Silas Young has been very lackluster since returning and I can’t see that changing here. I enjoy Will Ferrara but he’s usually in those 4 man matches that are always a good time so hard to get excited about this. I’d rather see “Mr. Retweet” Donovan Dijak vs. Brock Watanabe on the PPV.

      Interest Level: 2/10
      Prediction: Will Ferrara wins.

      TJ:

I am in tears (yea, I’m not afraid to say it!) at the mere thought of this beautiful storyline. Silas Young, noted fake nephew of Stan Hansen and writer of awful things on Facebook, represents a generation of people who look down at “Millenials” for using their smart phones or something. Will Ferrara represents a generation that works for pennies because the previous generations encouraged them to follow their dreams, no matter what the cost. This is “gritty” and “mature” storytelling at its finest. Who will be victorious in this battle of the generations???

      Interest Level: 0/10
      Prediction: Zzzzzz

      Adam Cole vs. Dalton Castle

      Joey:

If I’m free of responsibilities by show time, I will likely order the PPV and this match was tipping point in deciding it. Dalton Castle is one of the more cool new acts in ROH and Adam Cole is probably the most valuable wrestler in the company. The match should be a perfect mix of good stuff.

      Interest Level: 8/10
      Prediction: Adam Cole wins.

      TJ:

This is a battle of the strong style warriors of Ring of Honor. This will be a straight-up war with loads of roaring elbows and backdrop drivers and bumps on your head and streamers and fighting spirit. It is nice that Ring of Honor occasionally just gets out of the way and lets professional WRESTLERS do some WRESTLING for a change.

      Interest Level: 7/10
      Prediction: Adam Cole, bay bay.

      Moose vs. Cedric Alexander

      Joey:

Moose is the dude but Cedric is also the dude, you know? (Shout out to Brad Ward.) I love Moose because he improves at such a rapid speed and genuinely wants to wrestle as many new wrestlers as he can to learn more and more. Crazy he was an NFL player. Cedric Alexander is ridiculously underrated and the match should be a good time. Can’t wait to see what sneakers Stokely Hathaway wears.

      Interest Level: 7/10
      Prediction: MOOSE MOOSE MOOSE

      TJ:

I hate to get all insider-y about a wrestling show, but this match leaves me with no other option. I am so glad that Moose has been booked to lose repeatedly and brought down to the undercard after signing with Ring of Honor. How dare he even consider signing with WWE when the best wrestling company in the world desired his services? I hope Cedric beats Moose clean and sends this kid back to the Future of Honor shows. I’m sorry for being so emotional, but I bleed red and black. Moose disgraces my blood.

      Interest Level: 6/10
      Prediction: Cedric

      Briscoes vs. RPG Vice

      Joey:

I love RPG Vice but I never get to see them in traditional tag team matches because of NJPW’s annoying style of 3-4 team matches every damn show. Here’s a fun fact opinion – Mark Briscoe has probably been the most consistent performer in ROH this year. This is my pick for match of the night.

      Interest Level: 8/10
      Prediction: Briscoes win.

      TJ:

Trent? used to be in a delightful tag team with Chuck Taylor, called “Best Friends,” that sought to make ignorant wrestling fans more comfortable with the idea of males showing affection for one another. The Briscoes, noted homophobes, took umbrage with their team, and they viciously attacked Taylor one day and left him in a pool of ignorant tweets. Chuck was so saddened by the experience that he has since decided to retire. (Hashtag Dustin Checks Out.)

Trent? was forced to find a new, and far inferior, partner to avenge Dustin. This will hopefully be a glorious victory for RPG Vice and a blow to the heteronormative forces that dominate the world.

      Interest Level: 5/10
Prediction: Briscoes via spiked Jay Driller.

ACH vs. Adam Page in a No DQ Match

      Joey:

I can’t say I’m interested in either of these guys right now. ACH is disappointing against top talent but has standout matches in spots you don’t really care about so this will probably be one of the latter scenarios. The Decade are the absolute worst btw.

      Interest Level: 2/10
      Prediction: ACH wins.

      TJ:

ACH has had so many poor matches with some of the biggest stars to come to Ring of Honor in 2015 that he begged and begged the ROH office until they gave him a PPV match against a wrestler with no talent. Will ACH finally have a good match in a big spot????

      Interest Level: 4/10
      Prediction: ACH

The Addiction vs. reDRagon vs. The Kingdom vs. War Machine for the ROH Tag Team Championship

      Joey:

Rant: The bad guys in the red masks tormenting ROH matches for months were revealed to be Daniels, Kazarian and Chris Sabin. None of the three have explained why, what the purpose was and it seems the company have dropped any indications of caring about it. Lazy storytelling after a decent reveal.

I sense a title change coming. The Addiction title run has been quite flat and they’ve already transitioned reDRagon into an odd feud with Jay Lethal. I’m feeling either War Machine or The Kingdom are getting the win. Both teams have been doing an under the radar good job on the VOD house shows. I’d lean towards The Kingdom winning over War Machine especially since the latter are apparently going to NOAH.

      Interest Level: 8/10
      Prediction: The Kingdom wins.

      TJ:

Ring of Honor has always been very insecure about their relationship with New Japan Pro Wrestling. In an attempt to seem more like New Japan (much like how middle school geeks dress up like the cool kids), they booked a tag title match with more than two teams that no one can possibly care about.

      Interest Level: 3/10
      Prediction: The Addiction

Jay Lethal vs. Roderick Strong for the ROH World Championship

      Joey:

Both are good wrestlers and it’s going to be a good match. Not sure what really is to be said here as it’s fairly predictable and you know what you’re getting. Only question if it’s “good” or “memorable.”

      Interest Level: 7/10
      Prediction: Jay Lethal wins.

      TJ:

“Bro, bro, bro. I know what it’s like to see your career floundering. I know what it’s like to think Ring of Honor is going to be the peak of your career. I know what it’s like to turn to Truth Martini to win titles. It’s not worth it, bro. He’ll ruin your matches, no one will like you, other companies will stop wanting to book you, and your career will be worse for it, bro. I’m going to do you a favor, take the title, have some actual great matches, and you can try to rebuild your career, bro.”

      Interest Level: 7/10
      Prediction: Lethal via shenanigans.
