1. What is the funniest moment in wrestling?

Matt:

That’s a tough one. Anytime a wrestler craps himself in the ring, I just find that hilarious for some reason. Also, tough guys ripping through the curtain for their entrance and then tripping, that makes me blue in the face.

Recently, a funny thing happened to Nick and I. We were oddly booked in a hardcore match with a bunch of death match wrestlers who all bled in our match. We didn’t want anything to do with that, so we hid under the ring for the entire match. Not kidding, the entire match. I remember hearing the boards from the ring slam, and wrestlers screaming, from beneath the ring, and giggling with Nick like two school girls. We had a couple conversations unrelated to wrestling under that ring. Now, none of those are the funniest moments in wrestling history, but they all make me LOL.

Nick:

I think to me the moment that stands out most and probably unintentionally the funniest is when Bubba Ray Dudley power bombed Mae Young off the stage through a table. F’n hilarious!

Drake:

I would have to say when Vince McMahon got beat up by Stone Cold in the hospital back in 1998. The potty pan to the head, tighty whities, the facial reactions…it was just magical comedy.

Candice:

I’m going to go with for me and I’m surprised I can even remember this so… Scott Steiner wrestled Test one time on a PPV (Bad Blood 2003) and I just anticipated this being the worst match ever as it was.

Test was on the outside of the ring and Steiner was on the apron. Steiner went to jump off for what I assume was SUPPOSED to be a double ax handle aaaaaand he slipped and fell and ate it. I still laugh when I see it. Something about it is just too good!

2. What is the strangest thing a fan has ever said to you?

Matt:

Some wrestling fans are the weirdest. Some girl (probably a guy) on Twitter asked if we’d gang-rape her/him, last night. That was strange. Back in 2005ish, a heckler made fun of Nick and I, calling us the Hanson Brothers. That’s when MMMBOP was born.

Most hecklers go: “Hey Hardy Boyz, you guys are gay and you suck!” We hear that three times a show, minimum. But yeah, the weirdest stuff usually takes place while we’re selling at the gimmick table: dudes telling us they’d be completely okay with us banging their girlfriends, stuff like that. F’n weirdos.

Nick:

This is really tough to answer because Matt and I get a lot of hate on twitter all the time. I’ve had some fans or whatever you want to call them wish death upon me on more than one occasion. That might be the strangest thing – to want me dead.

Drake:

I get some crazy ones but a drunk lady at PWG asked if she could kiss me while taking a picture. I politely declined and explained that I’m happily married. She grabbed me and went for it anyway. Total rape kiss…very strange.

Candice:

This one time, back in the days of MySpace, I received a message from a fan that I will NEVER forget because it was just so epic. The fans message simply said “when I gonna get my mouf round dem titties.” Best email ever!!!!!!!

3. What wrestler would you most and least want to tuck you in at night?

Matt:

I’d really like it if Terry Funk tucked me in. He’s so soft spoken and probably tells wonderful bedtime stories. As far as who I wouldn’t want to tuck me in? Easy. The Boogeyman. Isn’t that obvious? I saw him in his full costume, backstage at The Gathering of the Juggalos and I was a little creeped out. I’m 28.

Nick:

I’d most like Drake Younger to tuck me into bed late at night because I know he would say a prayer for me and be the most positive person in the world. I would least like Super Dragon in full costume to tuck me in because I know for a fact I would have night terrors if that would happen.

Drake:

I would love for Kevin Steen to tuck me in. He seems he would take great pride out of assuring I get a good night sleep. He’d probably ask me about my day and help me through any problems I may have. I would not want Joey Ryan tucking me in… no explanation needed.

Candice:

I would most like Paul London to tuck me in at night. Just saying . . . what girl wouldn’t? Least like would definitely be the Young Bucks. Because I have a feeling they’d tuck me in so that my arms were immobile and they would constantly super kick me which sounds absolutely awful. Their poor wives and daughters must constantly be in fear! How do they ever get any sleep?

4. If you could superkick any non wrestling personality, who would it be?

Matt:

Miley Cyrus, while she has her stupid tongue sticking out. Then, I’d play air guitar over her dumb body.

Nick:

Without even thinking about it because this is too easy of an answer, it would have to be Justin Bieber. He deserves a stiff super kick right to the face. I’d be the biggest baby face in the business if that happened.

Drake:

Tom Brady….with Nick Jackson’s foot. My superkicks suck.

Candice:

Hmmmmm I would superkick…. a baby. No! No! I kid! I’d probably superkick….why is this the hardest one for me to answer? Um…. lets go with whomever decided that decided Ben Affleck should be Batman.
